We are sorry for the inconvenience, but are currently experiencing problems with our online join & renewal process. 

 

This problem seems to be intermittent.  If you click the 'Pay with Paypal' option, if the paypal screen does not come up, please don't keep clicking the button.  Instead, you can still join or renew  by completing an online application and then clicking the button/submitting your payment by check (via postal mail) instead of choosing to pay with paypal. 

 

If you choose to complete the join or renewal form online, please DO NOT click the "Pay with Paypal" button more than once.
