Pregnancy/First Year discussion topic: "Feeding Everyone in the House"
T-shirt Decorating: EMOMs is sponsoring an entry in the Kirkland Independence Day parade. At the June member meeting, in addition to our focus-group discussions, we'll have a chance to decorate t-shirts for our families and ourselves to show our EMOMs and American spirit. We'll provide the tables and chairs and some fabric decorating supplies. You bring your creativity and red/white/blue t-shirts and come prepared to have some fun and get to know your fellow EMOMs a little better. (Good sources for inexpensive, plain t-shirts are Old Navy and Joann Fabrics.) If you have a bedazzler, fabric paints or other fun supplies, please feel free to bring them along for yourself or to share.
Directions to East Shore Unitarian Church
East Shore is located at 12700 SE 32nd Street in the Factoria area of Bellevue, just off Richards Road near I-90.
• From 405 Southbound take exit #12, turn left onto SE 8th, right onto Lake Hills Connector, right onto Richards Rd., and right onto SE 32nd St.
• From 405 Northbound
take exit #10, turn right onto Coal Creek Parkway, left onto Factoria
Blvd. Go through the shopping district and under I-90, then turn left
onto SE 32nd St.
• From I-90 Eastbound, take Exit #10B and turn left onto Richards Rd., then left onto SE 32nd St.
• From I-90 Westbound, take Exit #11 towards 156th St.
and turn left onto Eastgate Way. Continue westbound to Richards Rd. and
turn right. Go left immediately onto SE 32nd St.
Once you are on SE 32nd St, the church is at the top of the hill. You are welcome to park on the road, or in the church's lower lot if the few spaces outside the buildings are full. The entrance to the lower lot is on the right just before the entrance to the small lot by the church buildings. The lower lot is a gravel lot.
